The Anker SoundSync Drive is a nifty little device that allows you to add Bluetooth audio to your car. That is, as long as you have an AUX jack on your existing stereo unit, if not you’ll have to pick up a different stereo unit.
The unit works well and it is also fairly inexpensive, I picked it up for £10 but the price does fluctuate between that and £20, but still at that price it’s not a deal breaker. The main issue that comes with this is that it doesn’t turn itself on when it gets power and you have to turn it on manually by pressing the center button, but otherwise it works fine.
I personally use the device to play music from Spotify but it can also take calls and has an in-built microphone. The device is powered by USB so you’ll want to make sure that you have a USB adapter as there is no battery installed. The device has all the necessary buttons for controlling music; skip, backwards and play/pause. It also blends into the car fairly well and is not an eyesore.
So, if you’re looking for a cheap way to install Bluetooth into your car, this has got to be one of the best ways out there.
